Welcome to Mediabird Personal Learning, a social eLearning platform that allows you to structure, study and share content.
By registering and using Mediabird you confirm that you have read, understand and agree to the Mediabird Terms of Use as outlined in the following.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or, delete portions of these Terms of Use at any time without further notice. Changes will be visible on this page as the date these terms were revised. If you do not agree to these terms do not use or access Mediabird.
It is your responsibility to regularly check the site to determine if there have been changes to these Terms of Use and to review such changes.

Eligibility and User Age
Membership in this service is void where prohibited. This site is solely for natural persons of age thirteen or above.
It is not allowed to register for more than one account per person.
Registration Data; Account Security
By using Mediabird you agree to provide correct, current and complete information about your person as asked for in the registration form. Additionally, you agree to maintain the security of your password and identification. Every information you provide to Mediabird must be correct, current and complete. You are fully responsible for all use of and any actions that take place using your account.
User's obligations; unwanted, illegal content
You agree that you take the full responsibility for the legal consequences that might result from using the content in the Mediabird site. If you share content on the Mediabird site, you have to make sure that you have the appropriate rights to do so. Unless stated otherwise by you, content you share is assumed to be licensed under public domain. It is prohibited to use or share content that violates Trademarks or Copyrights.
Furthermore, any offensive, inappropriate, obscene, unlawful or otherwise objectionable content or links to such content, including spam, pornography, call for violence or any illegal action or content that leads to public offense are prohibited and result in the deletion of the account of the responsible user, including all data of the user. Sharing prohibited content might lead to criminal persecution.
Account Deletion
Mediabird reserves the right to delete your account and/or your content or the whole service at any time without any reason.
Traffic Restriction, Warranty
You may not claim availability and/or completeness of your content at any time. There is no guarantee that the Mediabird services function completely or in part. Mediabird may reduce the service or shut it down at any time without mention of any reason.
Mediabird will not be liable or provide any compensation for any loss of data or data corruption that might result from using the Mediabird site.
Each user has a limit of 5 megabytes of file storage on the server.
